PROLAQ L 500 is used for the cleaning of spray guns, pumps, filters, paintbrushes, varnish ducts, etc. The organic fluid features a vast range of applications and is particularly suited for the removal of varnish and paint containing solvents. Its full cleaning potential unfolds in both manual and mechanical applications. It is VOC-reduced and therefore protects the employees’ health and the environment.

PROLAQ L 500

The cleaner shows a consistently high cleaning performance. With its select high-quality ingredients, it removes solvent-based one- and two-component acrylic or epoxy varnishes, melamine and alkyd paint. As the product is non-flammable, there is no fire hazard for the company. PROLAQ L 500 can be used in the PROLAQ Compact and PROLAQ Auto cleaning systems. This is where the cleaner’s recyclability goes into action, making it 5-10 times reusable. After that, the fluid can simply be disposed of with the solvent waste.

Usage

For cleaning wet the tools with PROLAQ L 500 or immerse them, allow to soak briefly, and remove the contaminations with a flow brush. In order to accelerate drying, we recommend blow-drying the cleaned surface with compressed air.
