The ready-to-use, water-based ALUSTAR 400 machine cleaner accomplishes what classic alkaline cleaners are unable to do:
The removal of persistent burnt-in oils and greases, baked-in greases due to plastic emissions, metal abrasion, brake dust abrasion etc.

The ready-to-use, water-based ALUSTAR 400 machine cleaner does what classic alkaline cleaners cannot: It removes persistent burnt-in oil and grease residues from aluminium, brass, and copper!
With the power of sustainable raw materials: The high-yield Nature Boost cleaner contains plant esters and natural fatty acids of plant origin.
ALUSTAR 400 is VOC- and label-free, silicate-free, alkali-free and low-residue. Instead of alkalis, coconut oil-based surfactants and special cleaning additives are used. Furthermore, the cleaner is classified as water hazard class 1.
The machine cleaner is perfect for component cleaning after deep drawing, for cleaning abrasion and for high levels of burnt-in oil and grease.
With the PPT plate separator, a long service life is guaranteed.
