The high-pressure parts washbasin is recyclable and cleans oils and greases from heavily soiled parts with complex geometries made of steel, stainless steel, plastic, etc.

Product Details
The BIO-CIRCLE HP-ISI is the ideal cleaning machine for removing all kinds of contamination from heavily soiled parts with complex geometries. Cleaning using high pressure at up to 60 bar effortlessly removes even the heaviest dirt, such as cracked oils and resinous fats. The high pressure also penetrates difficult geometries easily and thus effectively dissolves contamination. This makes it ideal for cleaning ball bearings and the like, for example.
The cleaning temperature of 45°C is preset at the factory and ensures the best cost/benefit ratio. The tank is insulated, preventing unnecessary heat loss and saving energy.
The LED interior lighting ensures good lighting conditions that enable the user to see even difficult parts precisely. The interior is equipped with a fan for ventilation and the desk is continuously kept clear by an air nozzle. In addition, the window can be cleaned of splashes using a wiper.
It is operated via an easy-to-reach foot switch. A pull-out footboard ensures maximum ease of use for users of different heights.
Crane loading is possible without any problems; the load capacity is 350 kg. Optionally, a rotating plate made of stainless steel supports the user when cleaning heavy parts.

Field of application
Der BIO-CIRCLE HP -ISI ist überall dort einsetzbar, wo stark verschmutzte Teile gereinigt werden müssen, die anspruchsvolle Geometrien haben. Die hohe Genauigkeit der manuellen Wäsche in Verbindung mit 60 bar Druck ermöglicht die effiziente Reinigung von hartnäckigsten Verschmutzungen wie Spezialfetten und eingebrannten Ölen.
Usage
Einfach die Bauteile in den BIO-CIRCLE HP - ISI laden und mit Hochdruck reinigen.
Die Absaugung und die LED-Innenbeleuchtung sorgen für gute Sichtbedingungen. Außerdem wird im Hochdruckbetrieb automatisch Luft aus einer Düse direkt auf das Sichtfenster geblasen, wodurch eine klare Sicht garantiert wird. Sollten durch die Reinigung einmal starke Spritzer am Sichtfenster landen können diese mit Hilfe des zusätzlichen Wischers entfernt werden.
Nach der Hochdruckreinigung können die Teile einer Sichtprüfung unterzogen werden – kleine übrig gebliebene Verschmutzungen können dann ebenfalls mit dem Durchlaufpinsel nachgereinigt werden.
Nach dem Reinigungsprozess sollte überschüssiges Reinigungsmedium mit Hilfe der Druckluftpistole vom Bauteil entfernt werden, um Austragungsverluste zu minimieren und Kosten zu sparen.
