Pad Printing
PROBLEMS
Ink residues
After every production process in pad printing, ink residues remain on ink-contact surfaces such as the pad, plate, doctor blade, knife, and mixer. These ink residues can prevent the tools from functioning properly.
Limited printer function
Due to ink residues, subsequent printing processes cannot be performed correctly. Particularly during a color change, these ink residues can mix, leading to undesirable color gradients and deviations.

FT 300 – for quick removal of ink that is still wet.
Main cleaning
PROLAQ Compact with PROLAQ L 400
Ink-contact surfaces in pad printing are cleaned – such as the pad, plate, doctor blade, knife, and mixer.
