The Future of Tomorrow – 6 New Apprentices

August 1, 2022

On August 1, 2022, six young people began their apprenticeship at Bio-Circle.
Industrial mechanics, warehouse logistics specialists, office management assistants, and chemical production technicians are the professions these young people have chosen.

Over the next three years, they will learn and develop in their chosen careers. Throughout this journey, they will be supported by a mentor.

“What is important to us on the first day of training is that the apprentices get to know everything and settle into the working environment,” says HR representative Luedee Hoppe. “That is why we spend the first day together before they move on to their respective departments.”

To become familiar with the company, their colleagues, and internal processes, the apprentices follow a rotation program through the various departments during their first weeks. Exploring and getting to know the different areas of the business is part of their daily agenda.

Training and the development of young talent are highly valued at Bio-Circle. Apprentices regularly complete their training with outstanding results. For the company, investing in the future and giving young people opportunities is an important commitment.

Apprentices Successfully Complete Their Training

February 23, 2022

It’s done – three of our apprentices successfully completed their training in January. A new chapter now begins for them. Bianca Vogt (Office Management Clerk) and Sandy Nowak (E-Commerce Clerk) shortened their training period and successfully passed their exams. Calvin Schäfer, after completing his apprenticeship as a chemical production technician, continued his training to become a chemical technician and also passed successfully. A new stage of life now begins. Bianca Vogt and Sandy Nowak are now moving further into the working world at Bio-Circle.

“I felt very well supported throughout my entire apprenticeship. No matter whom you asked, you always received help,” says Bianca Vogt. She and Sandy Nowak are looking forward to continuing their work at Bio-Circle. “E-commerce is a very new training program. It is only the second year group, so a lot was still being tested in school. But here at Bio-Circle there were always contact persons available and constant support. I would say I became very independent,” says Sandy Nowak. Both see their apprenticeship as a strong foundation for further development. Bianca hopes to obtain a training instructor certificate in the future and possibly become a mentor for apprentices. Sandy plans to continue with further studies.

Even after apprenticeship training, Bio-Circle places great importance on the professional development of its employees. Through further training, additional qualifications, or even academic studies, staff can continuously expand their expertise.
