Removing Water-Based and Solvent-Based Paints from Painting Tools
Reliably removes paints and coatings from painting tools, pumps, and pressure rollers, and significantly extends the cleaner’s service life through recirculation. PROLAQ L 400 is suitable for water-based and solvent-based paints and helps reduce the frequency of cleaner changes during recurring cleaning tasks in paint shops.
This ready-to-use cleaner primarily removes water- and solvent-based paints and coatings from coating application tools, paint pumps, pressure rollers and other components. This allows typical tools and equipment parts used in coating processes to be cleaned with a single cleaning medium.
When used in combination with PROLAQ Compact and PROLAQ Auto, PROLAQ L 400 can be used in a recirculating system. Its recyclability extends its service life by 5 to 10 times. As a result, the cleaning medium needs to be changed less frequently and consumption during operation can be reduced.
PROLAQ L 400 can be used both mechanically and manually and is ready for immediate use without prior mixing. The product is exempt from labeling requirements and has a VOC content of 45%. It is suitable as an alternative for typical cleaning tasks where thinners are frequently used.
