Clean aluminum and non-ferrous metals and protect them from tarnishing
Removes baked-on grease, oil, soot, bitumen and other stubborn residues without causing aluminum, brass and non-ferrous metals to tarnish. CB 100 Alu combines high cleaning power with a special aluminum-protecting effect, making it particularly suitable for heavily soiled components and tools made of more sensitive metals.
The cleaner removes specialty greases, oils, smoke, soot, rubber residues, bitumen and wax residues, as well as pastes. In addition to aluminum, brass, and other non-ferrous metals, CB 100 Alu can also be used on stainless steel and steel.
The special aluminum protection helps reduce tarnishing of aluminum and non-ferrous metals during cleaning. At the same time, CB 100 Alu provides temporary corrosion protection, allowing cleaned components to be temporarily stored until the next step in the process.
CB 100 Alu is recyclable and demulsifying. Deposited oils can separate from the cleaning medium, allowing the cleaner to be used for a longer period of time and reducing the frequency of bath changes.
This low-foaming cleaner is suitable for manual and mechanical applications as well as for immersion processes. The cleaner is VOC-free and exempt from labeling requirements under the CLP Regulation, is based on renewable raw materials, and has a pleasant odor.
