Master Mould 100 is a highly effective cleaning agent for mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry. It was developed to effectively remove plastic outgassing, plastic residues, grease, corrosion inhibitors and flash rust.A feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-darkening formula, which prevents certain steels from darkening during cleaning. rnThe cleaning agent is VOC-free and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies any ingressed oil.Please note that due to its foaming properties, cleaning in circulation systems such as the hot-water parts washer, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible.rn
