Remove oil, grease, dust and machining residues, and prepare surfaces for painting, bonding, labelling or coating. FT 100 cleans without surfactants and leaves no unwanted residues, streaks or stains – ideal when the next step in the process is to follow immediately after cleaning.
The surface cleaner removes oil and grease, dust, fingerprints, abrasion marks, grinding dust, release agents and adhesive residues. It is suitable for glass, stainless steel, steel, tiles, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, plastic, galvanised surfaces and highly polished surfaces.
As the cleaning process is surfactant-free, no cleaning residues are left on the surface. This makes FT 100 particularly suitable for pre-treatment prior to painting, bonding, marking and coating processes, as well as for streak-free final cleaning of visible surfaces.
In addition to surface cleaning, FT 100 can also be used as a coolant when drilling and sawing aluminium. As the product leaves no residue, subsequent work steps are not compromised by any remaining cleaning film.
FT 100 is exempt from labelling requirements under the CLP Regulation and has a VOC content of less than 20 per cent. The cleaner is also NSF-certified and suitable for relevant applications in the food industry.
