The HP VIGO is a high-pressure parts washer for manual cleaning in a closed wash cabin. With a payload of up to 150 kg and a large opening angle for crane loading, it offers powerful cleaning for components with complex geometries.

High-pressure parts washing station for powerful cleaning!
The HP VIGO offers manual parts cleaning at high pressure in a closed washing cabin. The parts washer effectively removes even the toughest dirt such as oils, greases, and environmental contamination from stainless steel, steel, plastic, and painted surfaces. The adjustable working pressure of up to 80 bar and the cleaning temperature of up to 45 °C enable powerful and reliable cleaning.
The recyclable, VOC-free and label-free cleaners and degreasers increase work safety and reduce operating costs. The payload of up to 150 kg and the large opening angle of the lid enable crane loading. A compressed air gun is available for drying the parts.
High-pressure cleaning is only possible with the wash chamber closed; the high-pressure pump is activated via a foot switch. Fan nozzles ensure optimal windshield cleaning and good visibility.
