Cooling Channels
PROBLEMS

CAUSES
Limescale deposits
Circulated water is rarely free of limescale. Increased temperatures promote limescale buildup.
Corrosion deposits
Cooling channels are often made of materials susceptible to corrosion, making rust another challenge.
Biofilms
More rarely, slime layers known as biofilms can also develop as contamination.

Pad Printing
PROBLEMS
Ink residues
After every production process in pad printing, ink residues remain on ink-contact surfaces such as the pad, plate, doctor blade, knife, and mixer. These ink residues can prevent the tools from functioning properly.
Limited printer function
Due to ink residues, subsequent printing processes cannot be performed correctly. Particularly during a color change, these ink residues can mix, leading to undesirable color gradients and deviations.
