Effective paint remover for water-based and solvent-based paints!
PROLAQ L 400 is a highly effective paint remover that has been specially developed for the efficient removal of water-based and solvent-based paints and varnishes. Its ability to dry quickly and almost residue-free makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, especially in combination with the PROLAQ Compact and Auto cleaning systems.
PROLAQ L 400 is label-free and offers a safe and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional solvents such as nitrocellulose thinner.
The recyclability of the cleaning agent significantly increases its service life, resulting in lower operating costs and more efficient utilization. PROLAQ L 400 is ready to use and can be used both manually and in automated cleaning systems.

VOCs are volatile organic compounds. These are substances that evaporate very easily or are already present in a gaseous phase at room temperature.

What are the advantages of using PROLAQ L over cleaning with water?
Waste minimization, as contaminated water must be disposed of separately. PROLAQ L is used in a closed circuit and reduces the amount of waste due to its long service life.
Can PROLAQ L 50, L 100, L 400, and L 500 be used in ultrasonic cleaning devices?
No, the cleaners must not be heated. The PROLAQ L US cleaner, which was specially developed for this purpose, is suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning devices.
Can PROLAQ L 50, L 100, L 400, and L 500 be used in ultrasonic cleaning devices?
The optimal storage temperature for PROLAQ L 100, L 400, and L 500 is between 10°C and 35°C. The cleaners can be exposed to lower temperatures for short periods, but should be protected from frost.
How do lower storage temperatures affect PROLAQ cleaners?
PP, PE, and PTFE are resistant. Other materials must be tested on a case-by-case basis.
