Thoroughly degrease heavily soiled components and extend the service life of the cleaning medium thanks to its demulsifying properties. ALUSTAR 300 has been developed for demanding mechanical cleaning processes and is particularly suitable for hot-water and high-pressure parts washing systems.
This highly alkaline cleaner removes heavy grease, oil and production residues from aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastics and other alkali-resistant materials. ALUSTAR 300 achieves a high level of cleaning performance even at room temperature. For particularly stubborn residues, the effect can be further enhanced by using a higher cleaning temperature.
Its demulsifying properties help ensure a long bath life: oils carried into the bath can separate from the cleaning medium and be removed via suitable oil separators. As a result, the cleaning bath remains operational for longer and needs to be changed less frequently. ALUSTAR 300 is compatible with oil separators.
Depending on the application, the cleaner can be diluted with water. If subsequent processes require the lowest possible levels of residues, a lower concentration is recommended. ALUSTAR 300 is phosphate-free and VOC-free.
