Clean Large Plastic Injection Molds Quickly and Effectively
Thoroughly remove plastic outgassing, grease, rust inhibitors and fit rust — directly on large injection molds and without time-consuming disassembly. Master Mould RL is suitable for the manual cleaning of large plastic injection molds and dissolves even stubborn residues that can result from outgassing of recycled plastic.
The cleaner is designed for manual application and can be applied directly to soiled areas. It leaves virtually no residue after cleaning and is also suitable for use on warm components.
Master Mould RL can be used on a variety of suitable surfaces, including steel, stainless steel and aluminum, as well as painted or galvanized surfaces. This allows the cleaner to be used flexibly on various molds, tools and components in the injection molding sector.
