Description
Reducing foam formation and maintaining stable cleaning processes
Targeted reduction of foam in automated cleaning systems, thereby supporting a reliable cleaning process. Defoamer HT has been developed for aqueous BIO-CIRCLE cleaning agents and is particularly suitable for hot-water parts washers as well as other automated washing and production processes.
This silicone-free defoamer prevents disruptive foaming without leaving any residues on the cleaned surfaces. This means that components can subsequently be further processed, painted or bonded without any problems.
Defoamer HT can be used across a range of pH levels, from acidic to alkaline. This allows the product to be flexibly combined with various aqueous cleaners.
Even low application concentrations of 0.5% to 3.0% are sufficient to effectively reduce foaming. This makes the defoamer very economical. Defoamer HT is also VOC-free.
