Defoamer HT is a highly effective defoamer specially developed for water-based Bio-Circle cleaning agents. It prevents the formation of foam in automated cleaning processes, especially in hot-water parts washers.
As it is silicone-free, it leaves no residue on the cleaned surfaces, which means that subsequent processes such as painting or bonding are not negatively affected. The defoamer is versatile and works in various pH ranges from acidic to alkaline.
All the advantages of the silicone-free Defoamer HT:
- Avoids foam in automated cleaning processes
- Silicone-free, leaves no residue
- VOC-free
- Does not affect subsequent processes such as painting and bonding
- Can be used in various pH ranges (acidic to alkaline)
- Very economical, requires only a low application concentration (0.5 %–3.0 %)
- Suitable for automatic washing systems and various production processes
