Effectively reduces foaming even at low dosages
Quickly reduce disruptive foam in automated cleaning processes and reliably maintain plant operation. The silicone-based BIO-CIRCLE defoamer is highly effective at breaking down foam even at very low concentrations and helps to specifically control unwanted foaming in aqueous cleaning processes.
The defoamer has been specially developed for aqueous BIO-CIRCLE cleaners and is suitable for automated washing systems as well as other cleaning processes. It can be used across a range of pH levels, from acidic to alkaline, and can therefore be flexibly integrated into various cleaning applications.
With an application concentration of just 0.25% to 2%, the defoamer is particularly economical. Even small quantities of the product are sufficient to significantly reduce disruptive foam formation.
As the product contains silicone, it should be checked prior to subsequent processes such as painting or coating to ensure that any silicone residues do not interfere with the respective process. The defoamer is VOC-free.
