Description
Reliably protect components from corrosion during cleaning and storage
Protect steel, iron, and cast parts from corrosion during cleaning and temporary storage — without unnecessarily complicating subsequent steps. Corrosion Protection 100 can be flexibly integrated into parts cleaning processes and provides temporary protection for cleaned workpieces.
This low-foaming corrosion inhibitor can be mixed with water or suitable cleaners and is compatible with neutral and alkaline BIO-CIRCLE cleaners as well as many parts washers. The protective film is neither visible nor detectable to the touch and can be easily washed off if necessary.
This ensures that subsequent processing steps, such as painting, can be carried out without any problems. Corrosion Protection 100 is based on amines and is exempt from labeling requirements under the CLP Regulation and is VOC-free.
The formulation is free of mineral oil, nitrite, secondary amines, phosphorus compounds, FAD, and boron.
