Clean heavily soiled metal components and extend the service life of cleaning baths
Thoroughly remove oil and grease deposits, burnt-on grease, metal abrasion and brake dust – even from heavily soiled components – whilst changing the cleaning bath less frequently thanks to its long service life.
This ready-to-use, aqueous cleaner is suitable for deep-drawn components, large engine components, bogies, braking systems, and cutting and punching tools.
ALUSTAR 500 can be used on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Its good material compatibility allows different metal components to be processed with the same cleaner, thereby covering a range of cleaning tasks.
ALUSTAR 500 can be used for cleaning in both immersion baths and ultrasonic cleaning machines. The particularly long service life of the cleaning bath allows it to be reused multiple times, thereby reducing the effort involved in frequent bath changes.
ALUSTAR 500 is VOC-free, alkali-free and silicate-free. The product contains vegetable esters and natural fatty acids of plant origin. From a dilution of 30 per cent with water, ALUSTAR 500 is exempt from labelling requirements.
