Remove Heavy Contamination with Minimal Residue Using a Cold Cleaner Alternative
Dissolves grease, oil, soot, grinding dust and rubber residues from steel and stainless steel parts while leaving as little cleaner residue as possible. CB 100 LR combines high cleaning power with low-residue cleaning and is particularly suitable as a cold cleaner alternative for machines, components and parts washers.
This ready-to-use cleaner removes moderate to heavy contamination such as grease, oil, nicotine, soot, abrasion and grinding dust, as well as rubber residues. It is designed for steel and stainless steel and can be used both manually and mechanically.
Thanks to its low-residue cleaning action, only minimal traces of the cleaner remain on the treated surfaces. This simplifies the preparation of cleaned components for subsequent work and processing steps.
CB 100 LR is recyclable and demulsifying. Trapped oils are not permanently bound in the cleaning medium and can be separated in suitable systems. This allows the cleaning medium to be used for longer and reduces the frequency of medium changes.
Included corrosion-inhibiting components provide light temporary protection for cleaned metal parts. This allows components to be temporarily stored between cleaning and further processing, if necessary.
CB 100 LR is particularly suitable for CLEAN BOX systems and BIO-CIRCLE parts washers. The product is VOC-free, solvent-free and does not require labeling.
