Clean parts thoroughly and extend the service life of the cleaning solution
Reliably remove oils, greases and particulate dirt from tools and workpieces, and extend the service life of the cleaning solution through the biodegradation of trapped contaminants. BIO-CIRCLE L is specially designed for use in the BIO-CIRCLE brush-washing station and thus supports continuous parts cleaning with long usage intervals.
The aqueous surfactant cleaner removes everyday contaminants such as oils, greases and particulate dirt from steel, stainless steel, plastic, as well as painted and galvanised surfaces. BIO-CIRCLE L is therefore particularly suitable for the regular cleaning of tools and components in workshops and production environments.
In the BIO-CIRCLE brush-washing unit, larger dirt particles are filtered out of the cleaning medium. At the same time, the microorganisms it contains break down any oils and greases present. This means the cleaning medium remains usable for longer and needs to be changed less frequently.
BIO-CIRCLE L is free from solvents and VOCs. This means that traditional solvent-based parts cleaners are no longer required. The product does not require labelling, is compatible with oil separators and leaves a fresh apple scent.
After cleaning, BIO-CIRCLE L can be rinsed off the treated surfaces with water, leaving no residue. The product is NSF-certified and therefore suitable for relevant cleaning applications in the food industry.
