Removes heavy contamination and protects aluminum from tarnishing
Thoroughly removes baked-on grease, oil, soot and other stubborn residues without causing unnecessary tarnishing of aluminum, brass and non-ferrous metals. CB 100 Alu LR combines high cleaning power with a special aluminum-protecting effect, leaving only minimal residue. Depending on the application, this can eliminate the need for additional rinsing steps and allow cleaned components to be processed more quickly.
The cleaner removes baked-on contaminants, specialty greases, greases, oils, smoke, soot, rubber residues, bitumen and wax residues, as well as pastes. It is suitable for stainless steel, steel, aluminum, brass and other non-ferrous metals. The aluminum protection reduces tarnishing of sensitive metals during cleaning.
After cleaning, a temporary corrosion protection layer remains on the components. This allows cleaned workpieces to be temporarily stored until the next processing step.
CB 100 Alu LR is recyclable and demulsifying. Deposited oils can separate from the cleaning medium, allowing the cleaner to be used for a longer period of time and reducing the frequency of bath changes.
This low-residue cleaner is suitable for manual and machine applications as well as for immersion processes. CB 100 Alu LR is VOC-free and does not require labeling.
