STAR 100 is a versatile, highly concentrated cleaning agent that can be used in a wide range of cleaning systems. It is particularly effective in:

• Ultrasonic systems
• Hot-water parts washing systems
• Linear or multi-chamber systems
• Conveyor belt systems
• Spraying systems
• Liquid agitation systems
• High-pressure washers
• Immersion systems

Thanks to its demulsifying properties, STAR 100 enables a long bath service life by removing dissolved oil using an oil separator. This increases efficiency and reduces the need for frequent bath changes.

The cleaner is completely free of inorganic ingredients and volatile organic compounds (VOC-free).

• Efficient cleaning: Removes oil, grease and dust from steel, stainless steel, plastic and other alkali-resistant surfaces.
• Low-foaming: Particularly low-foaming from 40 °C, ideal for mechanical applications
