Description
Protect components from corrosion for longer — even during storage and transport
Reliably protects steel, carbon steel and gray cast iron from corrosion over an extended period. Corrosion Protection 200 is suitable for manual applications as well as for passivation and immersion baths, thereby supporting flexible corrosion protection in a variety of processes.
The product can be combined with standard neutral and alkaline cleaners from BIO-CIRCLE. A noticeable, non-sticky protective film forms on the treated surfaces, which can be easily washed off if necessary. This ensures that subsequent processing or cleaning steps can be carried out without complications.
The stable emulsion is electrolyte- and temperature-stable, making it suitable even for components that will subsequently be stored or transported. For in-house storage, corrosion protection lasting at least two weeks is possible.
Corrosion Protection 200 is based on mineral oil and is VOC-free and requires minimal labeling. The formulation is free of nitrites, secondary amines, phosphorus compounds, FAD and boron.
