Removing Stubborn Smoke Resin and Grease Residues
Reliably removes smoke resin, hardened grease, protein residues and oils — even in demanding cleaning tasks. The Smoke Resin Remover supports the intensive cleaning of range hoods, ovens, smokehouses and cooking equipment, making it particularly suitable for stubborn soiling in the food industry.
This water-based cleaner with active foam dissolves soot deposits, hardened grease, oils and protein residues from suitable surfaces. The foam allows for precise application of the cleaner and ensures it works intensively on the soiling.
In smokehouses, the cleaner can be used both to remove smoke resin deposits and to clean the recirculating air system. For cleaning machine parts, the product is also suitable for immersion methods and use in an ultrasonic bath.
The smoke resin remover is NSF-registered in Category A1 and is suitable for corresponding cleaning applications in the food industry. When used properly, it does not affect the smell or taste of food. The formulation is free of VOCs, phosphates and solvents.
