Cleaning Large Components — Without Foaming
Removes oils, greases, soot and abrasion residue even from large components and vertical surfaces — with a long contact time and even wetting. UNO AV was developed for demanding manual cleaning tasks in wash bays and is particularly suitable for large engines, bogies, brake systems and other large-surface components.
This intensive cleaner removes heavy soiling from stainless steel, steel, cast iron and plastic. Painted surfaces should be tested for material compatibility before use. Typical applications include the energy sector, the transportation industry, and public transit.
Due to its viscosity and foaming properties, UNO AV remains on the surface longer. This allows even vertical and large-surface components to be treated uniformly without causing mist formation during cleaning.
For large surfaces, UNO AV can be applied using a suitable application system or a stainless steel foam sprayer. It can also be used with high-pressure washers. The product is ready to use but can also be mixed depending on the application.
UNO AV is the VOC-free intensive cleaner within the UNO family.
