Mechanical removal of stubborn resin deposits and soot from components
Removes soot, resin-bound greases and oils, bearing greases and soot from machinery and components – even in cases of heavily burnt-on or hard-to-reach deposits. Smoke Resin Remover DB is designed for demanding industrial cleaning processes and can be used both in automated systems and for large-scale applications.
This highly concentrated, aqueous and alkaline cleaner removes soot deposits, resinous greases and oils, roller and roller bearing greases, carbon deposits and similar stubborn residues. It is suitable for machinery and components made of steel and stainless steel.
Depending on the cleaning task, Smoke Resin Remover DB can be used in hot-water parts washers, ultrasonic cleaning units or RWR cleaning systems. This allows both individual components and hard-to-reach areas within suitable components to be cleaned mechanically.
For large-area applications, the cleaner can be applied using a foam injector. This allows larger machine surfaces to be wetted evenly and stubborn soiling to be treated specifically.
Smoke Resin Remover DB is VOC-free. The product has also been approved by Deutsche Bahn AG under SAP 667 836.
