Removing rust without damaging metal surfaces
Removes rust, surface rust and lead contamination from metal parts whilst simultaneously protecting the treated surfaces from further tarnishing. BIO-RUST F is pH-neutral and is therefore particularly suitable for the gentle removal of rust from steel, stainless steel and iron parts.
This water-based rust remover dissolves layers of rust and stubborn contaminants without compromising the material integrity of suitable metal surfaces. This allows components to be thoroughly derusted and prepared for subsequent work or machining steps.
BIO-RUST F produces little foam and is therefore suitable for both immersion baths and various mechanical cleaning processes. The cleaner is ready to use and can be applied directly without prior mixing or dilution.
After rust removal, BIO-RUST F provides protection against tarnishing for the treated surfaces. The product is VOC-free, halogen-free and exempt from labelling requirements under the CLP Regulation.
