The Foam Injector for 200-liter drums offers an efficient solution for large-area cleaning with foam cleaners. It operates with an adjustable compressed air range of 6.5 to 7.5 bar and a diaphragm pump. This pump creates firm and long-lasting foam for effective cleaning results. The device is nearly maintenance-free and includes a 10-meter hose and foam lance. This setup allows for flexible application in various environments.
The foam injector is suitable for cleaners with a pH range from 0 to 14. It includes an adapter that connects easily to a 200-liter drum. The injector housing is made of robust stainless steel for more durability. An integrated mixing valve allows precise control over the foam consistency. Once adjusted, the mixing valve can be secured with a cap nut. This ensures consistent results.
