Description
Cleaning cooling channels from the inside – without the need for time-consuming drilling
Remove limescale, rust and deposits from cooling channels without having to laboriously open injection moulding tools or drill into the cooling channels. Power Cleaner KST 2.0 cleans even complex tool geometries from the inside, helping to reduce the effort required for cleaning as well as downtime during maintenance.
The cleaner removes limescale, rust, mineral deposits, cooling water and coolant residues, as well as biofilms and green deposits. This allows clogged cooling channels, temperature control units and systems to be specifically cleared of deposits.
Power Cleaner KST 2.0 is suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic, and does not corrode the metal of the injection moulds when used correctly. The cleaner is low in VOCs, solvent-free and hydrochloric acid-free.
The product is ready for use and can be applied directly without prior mixing. Power Cleaner KST 2.0 is particularly well-suited for cleaning with the RWR KST pipe and heat exchanger cleaning system.
