Machine cleaning agent for grease and oil soiling that is difficult to remove and for pigment soiling!
ALUSTAR 200 is a highly effective alkaline cleaning and degreasing agent developed to dissolve stubborn grease, oil and pigment soiling. Ideal for use in automated cleaning processes, this cleaning agent has a pH value of 13 and is free from phosphates and solvents.
With its demulsifying properties, it effectively removes oil and grease, resulting in a longer service life of the cleaning medium. Ready for use at room temperature, its cleaning performance increases as the temperature rises.
ALUSTAR 200 can be used on a variety of surfaces such as aluminum, non-ferrous metals, galvanised surfaces, steel/stainless steel and plastics. Its high concentration allows it to be used with water in a mixing ratio of 3 to 5 %.
