Removes stubborn grease, oil and pigment stains from aluminum and sensitive components
Machine-clean moderate to heavy grease, oil and pigment stains and extend the life of the cleaning solution through oil separation. ALUSTAR 200 was specially developed for aluminum and other sensitive surfaces and is effective even at room temperature.
This alkaline cleaner, with a pH of 13, is suitable for aluminum, non-ferrous metals, galvanized surfaces, steel, stainless steel and plastics. It dissolves grease, oil and pigment stains and can therefore be used for various components in industrial cleaning processes.
Due to its demulsifying properties, oils and greases that have been introduced are not permanently bound to the cleaning medium. They can be separated out using suitable cleaning processes. This helps extend the service life of the cleaning bath and can reduce the need for bath changes.
ALUSTAR 200 can be used at room temperature. Cleaning performance increases as the cleaning temperature rises. This allows the process to be adapted to the degree of soiling and the desired cleaning performance.
Depending on the application, this highly concentrated cleaner is diluted with water to a working concentration of 2.5 to 7.5%. ALUSTAR 200 is VOC-free, phosphate-free, and solvent-free.
