Description
Machine-clean sensitive components without high temperatures
Remove light grease and machining oil residues from aluminum, non-ferrous metals and other sensitive surfaces, and reliably clean components even at room temperature. ALUSTAR 100 is designed for industrial cleaning processes that are gentle on materials and is particularly suitable for hot-water and high-pressure parts washers.
This concentrated cleaner removes light contaminants such as grease and machining oils from aluminum, non-ferrous metals, painted and galvanized surfaces, as well as steel, stainless steel and plastic. This allows different materials to be treated with a single cleaner within existing cleaning processes.
Due to its demulsifying properties, trapped oils are not permanently bound in the cleaning medium. This aids in oil separation in suitable hot-water parts washers and high-pressure parts washers.
ALUSTAR 100 is free of silicates and phosphates, VOC-free and does not require labeling. The cleaner is NSF-certified and can be used for appropriate cleaning applications in the food industry.
