The big Titration Kit is used to determine the exact concentration of water-miscible cleaning baths. The Titration Kit can be used to calculate exactly how much detergent must be added to a cleaning bath to achieve the required target concentration.

This prevents unnecessary, excessive dosing of the cleaner. Costs are saved.

The Titration Kit consists of:

  • Burette
  • 100 ml measuring cylinder
  • Indicator solution (20 ml dropper bottle)
  • 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask
  • 1 N hydrochloric acid (for the determination of alkaline media)
  • pH meter

The big Titration Kit additionally contains a pH meter for the determination of the pH value. We will provide you with titration curves and calculations for the respective detergents.

The big Titration Kit can be used to determine the exact concentration of water-miscible cleaning baths, allowing for an accurate calculation of the quantity of cleaner to be added to a cleaning fluid in order to achieve the concentration required for the process.

This prevents unnecessary cleaner overdoses, thus saving costs.

This Kit also includes a pH meter for determining the pH value.
