The RWR 80 L KST Fully Automatic PLC is the ideal solution for thorough cleaning of internal circulation systems in plastic injection molding tools, heat exchangers, and pipes. Its PLC control enables a fully automatic process and offers a wide range of adjustable parameters for maximum flexibility.

This state-of-the-art cleaning system provides a visual display of the 5-stage process program and allows a wide range of parameters to be set, such as the processing temperature (adjustable up to a maximum of 60 °C), automatic flow direction change, and integrated rinsing device for corrosion protection. Thanks to its compact size, noise reduction through full cladding and tank insulation, it is space-saving, quiet, and efficient.

Other notable features include a constant compressed air connection for the diaphragm pump, flow measurement of the channels/pipes, and an operating hour counter.
