Smoke Resin Remover provides a powerful cleaning solution for the most persistent soiling in the food industry. It’s highly concentrated, water-based formula with active foam that efficiently removes smoke resin deposits, resinified fats, protein residues and oils from various surfaces.This cleaning agent is ideal for cleaning flues, ovens, smokehouses and cooking systems and ensures residue-free cleaning without impairing the smell or taste of the food.The cleaning agent effectively dissolves smoke resin deposits in smokehouses. It is also used to clean the air circulation system in these chambers. For maintenance, the cleaning agent can be used in ultrasonic baths or immersion processes for cleaning machine parts.rn
