How do I dispose of my old cleaning agent?

We would be happy to put you in touch with suitable local disposal partners for used cleaners and sediment disposal.

Are volume discounts available?

Of course! If you book a service for multiple devices at the same location, discounted prices are available.

What is the term of the service agreement?

The term of the service packages is one year and can be terminated with one month’s notice at the end of the term. Otherwise, the term is extended by another year. This requires the exclusive use of products recommended and supplied by us.

What happens in the event of a device malfunction?

In the event of malfunctions, your device will be repaired within a few days; we reserve the right to provide spare parts for self-installation.

Under what conditions can I use the Bio-Circle service packages?

The service packages can be used for all manual and automatic devices as well as for washstands and stainless steel machines. However, the prerequisite is that only Bio-Circle cleaners are used in the devices and machinery.
