Manual cleaning of large and bulky parts!
The CLEAN BOX Max 2 is an effective cleaning system for manual cleaning of large and bulky workpieces. With external dimensions of 2400 mm (L) x 1420 mm (W) x 740 mm (H), it offers sufficient space for various applications.
The CLEAN BOX Max 2 can be loaded with a weight of up to 1000 kg. It is designed so that it can be easily transported to the machine or the parts to be cleaned. The box’s large work platform enables workers to clean workpieces safely, and the integrated cleaning brush, plus the comfortable working height, reduces strain on employees during the cleaning process.
The cleaning system consists of a storage tank for the cleaning medium and a stable grid work platform. The electric feed pump transports the cleaning agent through the flow gun, which the cleaning brush surrounds. The foot switch lets users switch the pump on and off conveniently.
It cleans workpieces in an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly way. Use cleaning media with a pH value between 7 and 12 to protect the built-in electronics.
