STAR 200 is a highly concentrated, alkaline and low-foaming cleaning agent, ideal for the automated degreasing of workpieces in the metal industry. With a pH value of 13.5, it is particularly effective against oil, grease and soot soiling on steel, iron, cast iron and plastic surfaces.

Alkaline machine cleaning agent for the metal industry!
STAR 200 is a versatile pre- and intermediate cleaning agent that is characterised by its high concentration and efficiency. This cleaning agent is suitable for the metal industry as well as for cleaning plastics.Its demulsifying properties enable a long bath life by removing dissolved oil via an oil separator. The high concentration of active ingredients allows the cleaning agent to be diluted up to 1:100 with water, with typical concentrations between 3 and 5 %.STAR 200 has been developed as a low-temperature cleaning agent and can be used effectively at room temperature. It is free from volatile organic compounds and phosphates. The surfactants it contains are biodegradable in accordance with OECD guidelines.STAR 200 can be used in:
