Removing the Toughest Stains – Cleaners and Degreasers for BIO-CIRCLE Wash Stations
Removes bitumen, baked-on grease and corrosion-inhibiting waxes from components while reducing the frequency of bath changes. BIO-CIRCLE L Ultra was developed for particularly demanding cleaning tasks in BIO-CIRCLE recirculating systems and combines high cleaning power with biological oil degradation in the cleaning bath.
BIO-CIRCLE L Ultra is specifically tailored for use in BIO-CIRCLE recirculating systems. The cleaner is suitable for steel, stainless steel, plastics and other compatible materials.
Microorganisms in the cleaning bath biologically degrade any oils present. This extends the service life of the cleaning medium and reduces the frequency of necessary bath changes.
The corrosion inhibitors it contains provide temporary surface protection for cleaned workpieces. This protects suitable metal parts from corrosion after cleaning and until further processing.
BIO-CIRCLE L Ultra has a pleasant apple scent, is VOC-free in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU and is exempt from labeling requirements under the CLP Regulation. The liquid is NSF-certified and compatible with oil separators. It can be disposed of together with other aqueous oil-water mixtures.
