E-WELD Nozzle is a high-performance anti-spatter spray that offers ceramic protection and is temperature-stable at up to 1000 °C. It reliably protects nozzles, tips and clamping devices during MIG/MAG welding against adhering weld spatter and extends the service life of the welding nozzles.

E-WELD Nozzle is the ultimate protective spray for welding nozzles, tips and fixtures in MIG/MAG welding. Thanks to its high-performance ceramic-based formula, it offers robust protection that can withstand extreme temperatures of up to 1000 °C.The spray dries within seconds and forms a durable protective film that lasts up to eight hours. This enables uninterrupted work and significantly reduces the need for intermediate cleaning. The inorganic active formula of the E-WELD Nozzle ensures reliable adhesion and protects nozzles and contact tubes from adhering weld spatter even at high amperages and temperatures.rn
