Mineral oil-based cutting coolant for machining processes!
The cutting coolant is characterized by its high skin compatibility and complies with the latest occupational health requirements. It is boron- and amine-free, making it particularly safe and environmentally friendly. The product is free of nitrite, chlorine, and zinc compounds and does not contain chlorinated paraffins.
Thanks to its excellent compatibility and surface quality, it is particularly suitable for machining aluminum and aluminum alloys, but also for iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals. Its special formula ensures that it remains particularly low-foaming even in soft water. This ensures smooth operation in CNC centers and other machines.
The cutting coolant speeds up work processes and extends the service life of tools by providing a high cooling effect and excellent lubrication performance.

- Milky cutting coolant can be used for tasks such as drilling and thread cutting, even at high cutting speeds.
- Machining, cutting, sawing, drilling, grinding, parting off, turning, milling, and thread cutting on iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, and alloys are all possible without any problems.
- Non-ferrous metals and aluminum, as well as difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, and malleable cast iron, can also be processed with this coolant.
