Registration in the Online Shop
We only sell to commercial customers (as defined by § 14 BGB). Registration is therefore required to purchase items in our online shop.
Currently, multiple registrations are possible.

Please send your order to kontakt@bio-circle.de. It will then be forwarded to the responsible national subsidiary.

For chemical products, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days. Delivery times for equipment may vary. Please ask our customer service: kontakt@bio-circle.de.
We charge a flat freight rate staggered by order value; shipping is usually handled on pallets:
Up to €100.00 = €16.50
Up to €200.00 = €19.50
Up to €600.00 = €22.50
From €600.00 = free delivery
(Prices are plus the currently applicable VAT.)
If a shipment consists of several packages (each under 40 kg), it is possible that they may not be delivered on the same day. The remainder will be delivered on the following day.

Within 8 years after purchase, you will receive any necessary spare parts from us free of charge for self-installation. Excluded from this are consumables and wear items such as brushes and filters.
Requirements:
The exclusive use of Bio-Circle Liquid products purchased directly from Bio-Circle Surface Technology GmbH.
Regular professional maintenance and upkeep of the Bio-Circle washstand.
Upon request, we offer our Bio-Circle Service to secure your equipment protection.
Replaced components (especially control boxes) are to be returned to us free of charge; we reserve the right to charge for spare parts that are not returned.

The service packages can be used for all manual and automatic devices as well as for washstands and stainless steel machines. However, the requirement is that Bio-Circle cleaners are used in the devices and machines.

The 500ml PET bottles consist of 100 % recyclate (100 % recycled plastic, 100 % recyclable). They are shatterproof, lightweight, and reusable.

Most cleaners are suitable for oil separators and have a long service life. Saturated cleaners can usually be disposed of together with water-oil mixtures (cooling lubricants, etc.). This saves you additional disposal costs. We have regional disposal partners throughout Germany whom we are happy to arrange.

Yes, you have the option to test many of the devices for four weeks for a small flat test fee.
