The 100 µm filter bag (PP) is designed to improve the performance and durability of the BIO-CIRCLE GT-i washer. It provides precise filtration at 0.1 mm and captures grime, shavings, and other small particles. The filter keeps the cleaning fluid cleaner for a longer time. It reduces the need for frequent fluid changes and supports stable washing quality. This lowers maintenance effort and extends the lifespan of the entire system. The filter plays a key role in maintaining operational consistency and reducing downtime linked to contamination issues.
It ultimately extends the lifespan of the washer and supports cost-effective maintenance planning throughout regular industrial use.
