Smoke Resin Remover
Art.-Nr : A50038Smoke Resin Remover is a highly concentrated, water-based intensive cleaner with active foam for the removal of smoke resin residues, resinous greases, oils and protein residues. The cleaner is NSF-certified and is primarily used in the foodstuffs industry, for instance for the cleaning of escapes and exhaust hoods, ovens, smokehouses or cooking facilities.

Product Details
Smoke Resin Remover is universally applicable in the entire foodstuffs industry for the removal of persistent deposits and contaminations. Escapes and flues in industrial kitchens, restaurant kitchens, and canteens are cleaned; deposits from vent pipes and burnt-in residues from grills and baking- and pizza ovens are removed effectively. The cleaning agent can also dissolve smoke resin residues in smokehouses efficiently, and is used for cleaning the air circulation system in the smokehouses.
For maintenance, the phosphate- and solvent-free cleaner can also be used in immersion processes or ultrasonic baths for the efficient cleaning e.g. of machine parts.

Usage
Depending on the degree of contamination, Smoke Resin Remover can be applied on the surfaces to be cleaned as concentrate or diluted. After a short exposure time, the surface can be wiped clean with a cloth. If necessary, a brush may be used beforehand to support cleaning performance.
When used in immersion processes or applications in ultrasonic baths, we recommend diluting 1:40 with water.
When used in the foodstuffs industry, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed with water after cleaning.
